Clever Campaign Commercials-Neal
There are many candidates running for different offices and many groups trying to gain your vote on certain issues (the big one is TABOR). Tell me about one commercial that you think is clever or catches your eye and why.

I especially like the commercial that deals with TABOR--it has a child, senior citizen, policeman, fireman and some other public figures all playing musical chairs--at the beginning there is enough chairs for everyone but at the end some more people come in and all of a sudden there aren't enough chairs and the child and senior citizen are left out--it says that it won't work because there won't be enough money to go around to all the important things our state needs money for--it is very clever.
I think the one that barbara merrill did with with boxes was very clever. it as several boxes and some are good and some are bad. barbara merill tells about what she will do.
I think that the one that Barbara Merill was trying to get her vote but she was talking about maine and then shes in a backround with the trees and stuff like that and i found that clever. (even thow her face was very pink.)
i saw the musical charis one it was sad because there was enough charis than two more people came in and than there was an old lady and a little girl and all the big scary men and the old lady and little girl did't get a chair .
I saw a commercial that said what Chandler Woodcock vote for while he was in the senate and then right after that i saw one that said what Chandler Woodcock voted against and it was the same stuff that the other commercial voted for the second one also said that chandler Woodcock would take Maine backwards

I think the one that Barbara merrill said that she would try to keep our country clean so vote for her for state rep.
I like the one where Barbra Merrill did that commecrcail with the boxes I think it was very clever. They tell about what she will do as governor some are good some are bad.
I think the one that said Chandler Woodcock was going backwards and Maine needs to go foward was a clever commercial.

i saw one that i liked because it was with kids and that must mean that woodcock will help with suff that in volves kids.
involves school work and school fundraisers.
I think the musical chairs one (TABOR) was mean because first there was enough chairs then the police and firemen came and the older woman (health care) and the little girl (education) got left out
